It has become increasingly clear that since the B vitamins occur together in food, no person is deficient in any one B vitamin without being deficient in all of them.

There are, however, as many degrees and variations of B-vitamin deficiencies as there are different individuals. Formerly the disease beriberi was thought to be caused by a deficiency of vitamin B1 (thiamine) and pellagra by lack of the B vitamin, niacin (B3).

Pellagra is a disease that affects your digestive system, skin, and nerves, resulting in dermatitis, diarrhea, and mental disorders. The most common cause of pellagra is not having enough niacin (primary pellagra). Other causes of pellagra are associated with digestive disorders that reduce the absorption of niacin in your body.

Vitamin A and Infections: deficiencies of vitamin A are far more widespread in America than we like to believe. This vitamin plays a particularly important role in preventing or clearing up infections of the skin, the cornea of the eye, and the mucous membranes which line all body cavities, although it is also necessary for the production of antibodies and white blood cells.

Success With Real Salt and Instant CalMag-C

“I have been taking CalMag for about 12 years. I used to buy calcium and magnesium by the pound and mix it in vinegar for acidity for absorption. It is an old formula from the 50′s.  A few years ago I discovered your pre-mixed Instant CalMag-C and it is just as good and tastes better. I most always have a glass in the morning and then at night time. Thank you for running the article on natural salt and the benefits of it.

There is probably nothing more debilitating than not being able to sleep, especially if it occurs night after night. It is during sleep that the body repairs itself from the ravages of the day so it is a vitally important component of everyone’s life.

Successes

PAINFUL SWOLLEN KNEE: “Yes, I would be glad for you to use my message. I have NEVER written a testimonial for anything before, but this was really amazing.  My patella began popping out of place following a day of working on my hands and knees doing construction underneath my kitchen cabinets. After suffering for over two weeks from a very painful swollen knee, I was getting no better and was actually becoming more debilitated as my other knee was becoming inflamed from bearing more weight as I favored the injured leg. I had tried several things with no success, when I thought of my CalMag-C that I had neglected to take in quite a while. In less than thirty minutes after drinking the mixture, my mobility improved by about ninety percent! By the next day and two more doses, I was walking up and down my front steps using both knees and without pain….a true miracle!”  Susan H, Mississippi
