Many people have difficulty with sleep. Some people have trouble falling asleep, while others have trouble staying asleep. Some people just can’t sleep at all.

Sleep is very important. A restful sleep is vital so the body can repair itself from the ravages of the day.

Symptoms of Dehydration

Dehydration usually begins with thirst and has varying degrees of severity. The severity of the symptom depends on the degree of dehydration. Please note that this applies to babies as well. A restless child who is fretting and has been fed may just be dehydrated.

You can induce almost any mental problem just through deficiencies. Hmmmm?

It’s not surprising if you’ve been indulging in the delicious stuff that most of us enjoy when we’re celebrating and find yourself somewhat debilitated afterwards, mentally and/or physically.

Reduced energy or mood swings, even a bit depressed and morose or, in the case of the younger generation, too much energy of the wrong kind are all symptoms of eating too much refined sugar and carbohydrates (starches from pastas, breads, cakes/cookies etc that convert to sugar). They burn up the nutrients and can give one a “let-down” feeling.

“The B vitamins appear to be needed equally by every cell in the body. For example, if a well-fed animal is killed and its tissues are analyzed separately, these vitamins are found to be evenly distributed throughout the tissues. Conversely, when animals are kept on a deficient diet, then killed, and separate tissues are analyzed, each tissue is uniformly deficient.
